EvntPro ("EvntPro," "we," "us," or "our") operates the websites located at evntpro.io and app.evntpro.io and provides a subscription-based event-management platform for event professionals (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how we protect it, and the rights and choices you have with respect to your information.
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Service, our websites, and our email and support communications. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that you may link to or use, which have their own privacy policies.
Account information. When you create an account or manage your business profile, we collect your name, email address, business name, business email, phone number, and business address (to the extent you provide these in your settings). We also collect the password or authentication credentials used to access your account (handled through our authentication provider, Clerk).
Payment information. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. EvntPro does not store your full credit-card number, CVV, or bank-account number. We store only plan status, subscription level, billing dates, and limited transaction metadata returned by Stripe (such as the last four digits of your payment method, for display).
Usage data. We automatically collect log data and technical information when you use the Service, including IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, pages and features visited, time and date of access, referring URLs, and similar diagnostic data. We use this information to secure the Service, diagnose problems, and understand feature-usage patterns so we can improve the product.
Business data you enter. The Service is designed for you to input and manage your own business records. This includes client names and contact information, event details, venue information, contracts, quotes, invoices, inventory, music lists, crew information, and any other business data you choose to enter. This is your data — we store and process it on your behalf so we can provide the Service to you.
Client data (information you collect from your clients). When you use features such as the client portal, planning forms, or electronic signatures, you may collect information from your own clients. This may include planning-form responses, portal message content, electronic-signature records, and IP addresses captured at the moment of signing for audit purposes. You are the data controller for this information, and EvntPro acts as a data processor on your behalf (see Section 8 of the Terms of Service).
Communications. When you contact us at hello@evntpro.io or interact with our support team, we collect your email address, the content of your message, attachments, and any information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and improve our support.
We use the information described above to:
To operate the Service, we rely on a limited set of trusted third-party service providers ("subprocessors"). Each provider receives only the data necessary for its role and is contractually required to protect that data. Our current material subprocessors are:
These providers may process data in the United States and in other countries in which they or their own subprocessors operate. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to govern cross-border transfers of personal data.

No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA") provide you with the following rights with respect to your personal information:
To exercise your CCPA rights, email hello@evntpro.io. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days, subject to any permitted extensions.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following provisions apply. Our legal bases for processing your personal data include:
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw any consent you have provided. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@evntpro.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.
Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
The Service is not directed to, or intended for, children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact hello@evntpro.io, and we will promptly investigate and delete the information as appropriate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by posting a prominent notice within the Service before the changes become effective, and we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
